WHO WE ARE
The practice was founded by Andrew Crease in 2014. Andrew has 25 years’ experience in the property market. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Hons Member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation. He is a longstanding member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society and is on both the Arbitration and Independent Expert Panels administered by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has been an APC Assessor Chairman since 2000.
Having initially trained in the Valuation Office Agency, Andrew has worked in both private practice and public sector but since 1999 he has been in private practice specialising in licensed and leisure properties. On leaving Christie & Co in 2002, he was the founding partner of Intrinsic Retail and Leisure Property where he remained until after the merger with Hargreaves Newbury Gyngell, becoming a Director of the new company. More recently, Andrew has been a Director of Jenkins Law where he remains as a consultant.
Andrew has been involved predominately in professional matters including valuation and rating, rent reviews, lease renewal and expert witness but is increasingly offering acquisition and letting advice and advice on investments. He is a Registered Valuer and is on the RICS Register of Experts and has given evidence in the County Court, High Court, valuation tribunals, planning inquiries and before Government Committee.
